Omar S the best

Born and raised in Detroit, an automotive worker. His catalogue goes on and on, however he started his label back in 2001 and no one cared. Then Oasis One happened and he became noticed. Fabric 45 happened and he stormed the European scene. His music has reached people all over the world. Mysterious by nature, you won?t get many answers from him. You can tell where he has been by listening to his many releases. You will never guess where he is going from here. His catalogue definitely speaks for itself, no matter what you are looking for his music stands alone, “Just ask the Lonely”.

Jason Lev

Considered a leading authority on obscure R&B 12 inches and 45′s from the mid 70′s to early 80′s, Jason Lev has been involved in the dj/collector community for over 15 years.

Since 1999, Lev has released the much acclaimed SOUND OF GOLD mix series which served as a digging template for countless top ten lists around the world. He also runs TRUTH IS LIGHT RECORDS – a label focused on licensing and reediting unknown or lost dance hits of another time and place. A master programmer and one of the deepest collections in the game: Jason Lev is THE dj’s, DJ. “Innovative live black music for the most discerning listeners and dancers.”

Shawna McLellan: Installation

Shawna McLellan received her BFA from Emily Carr in 2009. Since then she has gone on to participate in exhibitions at Blim, Gaff Gallery, Lucky’s Comics,  and The Emergency Room. Part of her practice has been the development of a local artist studio ROY- G-BIV as well as producing clothing for El Kartell.
